QuickCover Exchange/ Return Policy

At QuickCover, we aim to ensure you have a smooth and satisfying experience with every purchase. While we do not offer returns, we do provide an exchange option under the conditions outlined below.

1. Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange if:

  • You received a damaged or defective book
  • You received the wrong item
  • The book has missing or misprinted pages

2. Exchange Request Timeline

  • Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted

3. Condition Requirements
To qualify for an exchange:

  • The book must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging (if any) should be retained
  • Clear proof (photos or videos) of the issue must be provided

4. Exchange Process

  • Contact our support team at support@quickcover.in with your order details and issue
  • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the shipping process
  • After inspection, a replacement copy will be shipped to you

5. Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Books purchased during clearance or special sale events
  • Minor cosmetic issues that do not affect readability
  • Change of mind or preference after purchase

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover shipping costs
  • In other cases, shipping fees may apply

7. Processing Time

  • Exchanges are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval
