📦 Order Returns

We take great care in packing and delivering your ITI books safely. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong book, you may request a return or replacement.

Conditions for Return:

  • Item must be received in damaged or defective condition
  • Wrong product delivered by mistake
  • Return request must be made within 3–7 days of delivery
  • Book must be unused and in original condition

🔁 Replacement Policy

If your order is eligible for replacement:

  • We will send a replacement copy of the same book
  • If the book is out of stock, we may offer a refund or alternative solution
  • Replacement will be processed after verification

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered and replacement is not possible
  • Product is out of stock after return approval
  • Order cancellation before dispatch

Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

❌ Non-Refundable Items

Please note:

  • Books once used or damaged by the customer are not eligible
  • Change of mind after delivery is not accepted
  • Downloadable or digital content (if any) is non-refundable
